Preliminary and detailed engineering work for a new aluminum plant

Alphaone PVT Ltd contributed to the construction of a new aluminum smelter with an annual capacity of 400,000 tons. Alphaone PVT Ltd was also contracted to provide services in structural, electrical and mechanical engineering for the following systems:

• crucible repair centre
• casting centre
• general workshops
• pot room workshops
• parking and refuelling facilities
• administration buildings
• gatehouse
• garage

Alphaone PVT Ltd specialists also designed and developed an operation simulator and provided the appropriate training to overhead crane operators.
